The delivery options and costs available for your address are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed after payment. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the delivery method, and are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also follow your order on our track your order page.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes or import charges that apply to your country are shown at checkout where possible. In some countries additional import charges may be collected on delivery.

Shipping protection

You can add optional shipping protection in your cart. It covers your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit; contact us and we will reship or refund the affected items.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at info@barelow.com if something is wrong; we may not be able to change it after dispatch.
