Not happy with your shoes? You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to return

1. Email info@barelow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before you have received these.
3. Send the shoes back unworn outside, clean and in their original packaging.

Return postage

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface; we may reduce a refund if items show wear beyond what is needed to check them.

Refunds without a return

Where arranging or processing a return would be impractical or disproportionately complex, we may offer a partial or full refund and let you keep the product. We assess each request individually and confirm any offer by email. A partial refund is optional and only proceeds if you agree. Please keep the product as an alternative to returning it only once we have confirmed that arrangement in writing. This option does not replace or limit your statutory return or refund rights.

Faulty items

If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number and a photo.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and your rights for faulty goods.
